Day 1: September 30 – Welcome to Rome!

Welcome to Italy! Arrival in Rome and transfer to the accommodation. Check-in and free time to settle in.

Day 2: October 1 – Classic Rome: the Eternal City between history and street food

— Walk through ancient Rome

Guided tour with the story of the birth of the Roman Empire, its emperors, and everyday life in ancient Rome.

Evening: transfer to Villa La Conca — San Felice Circeo (check-in and settling into the villa, the base for the rest of the stay).

Day 3: October 2 · The Gods of Rome: Temple of Jupiter and the wines of Lazio

MORNING — TERRACINA AND THE TEMPLE OF JUPITER ANXUR

Visit to the striking archaeological site: Temple of Jupiter Anxur, panoramic sea-view terraces, and the story of Roman religion and the Via Appia.

Time to stroll through Terracina’s historic center: Piazza del Municipio, the Cathedral, and traces of ancient Rome.

AFTERNOON — WINE EXPERIENCE

Visit and tasting at Cantina Cincinnato: an introduction to Lazio’s native grape varieties, a tour of the winery, and a tasting of local wines paired with cheeses, cured meats, extra-virgin olive oil, and local specialties.

Overnight: Villa La Conca

Day 4: October 3 · Nature, the Middle Ages, and fairy-tale villages

MORNING — NINFA GARDENS

Guided visit to one of the most beautiful gardens in the world: medieval ruins set in nature, small lakes, rare plants, and a fairy-tale atmosphere.

Lunch: a local dining experience featuring Pontine cuisine and seasonal produce.

AFTERNOON — MEDIEVAL SERMONETA

Village visit: Caetani Castle, medieval alleyways, and views over the Pontine plain. Optional tasting of local products.

Overnight: Villa La Conca

Day 5: October 4 · The Myth of Circeo: sea, history, and mozzarella

MORNING — SAN FELICE CIRCEO

A walk through the village: historic center, the Templar Tower, medieval walls, and the legends of Circe and the Odyssey.

BOAT EXCURSION

Sailing along the Circeo coast: Grotta delle Capre, sea caves, the promontory seen from the water, and stories weaving myth and nature. (Weather and sea conditions permitting.)

AFTERNOON — MOZZARELLA EXPERIENCE

Hands-on workshop: discovering the milk supply chain, traditional production techniques, making mozzarella, and a final tasting. A guest favorite, since it lets you ‘do’ rather than simply watch.

Day 6: October 5 · Sperlonga: art, emperors, and Italian pizza

MORNING — SPERLONGA

Visit to the white seaside village: historic center, scenic alleyways, beaches, and Mediterranean views.

Villa of Tiberius and Archaeological Museum: remains of Emperor Tiberius’s seaside villa, sculpture groups tied to the Odyssey, and stories of emperors and Roman life by the sea.

Free afternoon: time for shopping or a leisurely walk.

EVENING — PIZZA EXPERIENCE

Italian pizza-making workshop: preparing the dough, leavening techniques, shaping the pizza, topping it with Italian ingredients, and wood-fired baking. A convivial dinner to close the day.

Overnight: Villa La Conca

Day 7: October 6 · End of the experience and departure

Breakfast at the villa. Transfer to Rome airport or your next destination.
